Wow, I am exhausted. Such a long week so far and it's only Wednesday. It's probably because of everything that has happened to me this week and it won't be resolved until hopefully tomorrow at 12.  I worry way too much and I am still worried about the thing that happened at school Monday.  It's freaking me out beyond belief.  I really know I should just give it up and let God handle it but that is so hard sometimes. WHY?  I need to trust HIM.  I am just so scared that it's not resolved and something else is going to happen.  Please, Lord, give me the strength to carry on and help me to not worry. Help me to trust you fully and let you have control. 


Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. - Matthew 6:34

BB Gymnastics
1) 5X1 Clean (full squat) & Jerk (split) @ 80-90% – rest 90 sec.
Notes: Begin at 80% and increase to 90% throughout sets if technique is perfect. DO NOT go past 80% and do not add to 90% if technique is not perfect.
155, 165, 170, 175, 180 Felt so heavy today.  
2a) 4X2 Clean Pulls – heavy, rest 60 sec. 
200, 205, 210, 215
2b) 4X2 1&1/4 Front Squats – heavy, rest 60 sec. VIDEO DEMO
Notes: Aim to use more weight on these than last week. Straps should be used for Clean Pulls.
175, 185F, 180, 180 Felt heavy heavy today.  
Conditioning
5 rounds for total working time of:
Run(sprint) 400m
15 C2B Pullups
*Rest 2 minutes.
Notes: The goal is to go ALL OUT on each run, then try to complete the pullups unbroken. There will be no penalty for breaking pullups, but try to get as far as possible without breaking.
2:07, 2:05, 2:03, 2:09, 2:16 = 10:40 
Not my best work but I tried.  Stress is getting to me. I'm exhausted. Never broke a set of C2B. 
Strength
1a) 3X15 GH Raise – rest 45 sec. completed
1b) 3X10 Reverse Hypers – heavy, rest 45 sec. Completed with Red and Purple band on GHD

Extra 120404:
Group 1 Conditioning
8 minute AMRAP of:
3 Rope Climbs 15′
5 Power Cleans 175/115#
15 HR Pushups
30 Double-Unders
3 rounds.  Did an extra round right after because I felt like I sucked it up.  At this point in the day, I was done and had nothing left.  

Definitely need to just go to bed.  I can't do anything else today with my brain or body. Thank God for rest days as well which is tomorrow. I am beyond in need of it.
