Strength
High Bar Back Squats: 1X5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 1X5 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 70% – rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets. 150, 165, 175, 175
Conditioning
CrossFit Games Open 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75/45# pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75# pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100# pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120# pound Snatch, as many reps as possible.
90 reps on try #1 on Friday.  It is all a time management issue.  I started too slow going 20/10, then sets of 5 at 75#, then singles at 100#. I only had 20 seconds to get the weight on the bar and pull and that was not enough time. I can hit multiple reps at 120 so it just sucked. I knew I would do it differently this next time.  I did not want to do it again because 90 reps still keeps me sitting in a great place in the world and region but I guess I wanted to do it again for myself. 

93 reps today.  Time management was awesome.  I did 30 at 45#, then 9/8/7/6 at 75#, then 3 reps followed by singles at 100#. I had 45 seconds left once I got 120# on the bar and pulled 3 times easy and failed on 4th and 5th rep.  Very happy with this and glad I did it again.  I also wore my belt today which I think helped.
