BB Gymnastics
1a) 5X3 T&G Power Clean – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
1b) 5X3 UB Push Jerk – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
Conditioning

*Rest as necessary before strength work.
Strength
1a) 3×10 Banded GH Raise – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
1b) 3X25 UB KBS – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.
Notes: If the biggest bell you have (gentlemen) is a 32k, you may have to duct tape more weight to it. This should be the ABSOLUTE most weight you can use, and technique should be clean for EVERY REP.
 BB Gymnastics
1a) 125, 135, 145, 150, 155(2), 155(2)
1b) 125, 135, 145, 150, 155, 165F Should have gotten this. Feeling fatigued by then.
Conditioning
20:59 very slow on the rope climbs.  Thrusters were unbroken and no problem.  
Strength
1a) no bands - never have really done these before.
1b) 2Pood! x3.  Last set was rough but I did it. :)
