1) 3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch – rest as needed.
135. I was so sore and my pull was super, super slow today. Failed at 140 once and moved on. 145 would be PR.
2) 3 attempts to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk – rest as needed.
Notes: Take as long as you’d like to warm up for these lifts, but limit yourself to ONLY 3 legit attempts. You may use any style of each lift, but try to stick to a near USAW standard.
175 was good which ties my old PR. Did not want to go for 180 today. Starting to feel fatigued. PR very soon. I can feel it.
Conditioning (pain threshold training)

15 Burpees

Notes: This entire WOD should be performed with a 20/10# vest.
This was super fun......NOT. Wearing the vest was awful and absolutely the worst part. Times were 3:03, 3:01, 2:54, 3:09, 2:44. Absolutely horrible that my last set was the best. Unacceptable. This was crazy hard. Total working time 14:51 and total time 26:51.
MFS - 2, 2, 7 Very sore from OHS and Ring DIps.
