Notes: The preference would be for everyone to complete this WOD with a judge specifically focusing on the KBS. The KB should be ABSOLUTELY vertical (bottom flat to ceiling), with the elbow completely extended and the ears showing in front of the arms. If you cannot get a judge then find a way to get yourself on video to make sure you are performing perfect reps.
So I sucked it up on this pretty bad today. 2 rounds + 28 reps. GAHHHH I suck. Tried to keep a strick KB standard. Each rep was watched carefully. Grip went fast but I still sucked and too much resting. HTFU SARABETH!!!!!!
Midline
20 alternating reps of heavy TGUs (not for time). Completed with 44lb KB.
MFS - 1, 2, 4 Still sore from RING DIPS and OH work last Friday/Saturday.
Holy crap this gets me fired up!!
