75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 120, 125 - 10 lbs. higher than last week. :)
Strength
15 minutes to establish a 1RM Bench Press. Did not have it in me today. 145. 155 is my old PR. Had nothing in my chest I guess from all the pushups yesterday.

Ran an 8:20 mile which is not great but felt good at about 85%.
