15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch from blocks (just above the knee).
Up to 140. My form goes to crap after that.
Conditioning

5 Full Snatch (190/120) I went 130
10 Ring HSPU
15 Box Jump (30/24) - step down.
24:30 Ring HSPU slowed me down a little but I was happy with them overall.
