3:41 Super slow. Deadlifts were easy surprisingly. Grip hurt though and got tripped up on my DU bad on the last round. Way better next time.

Notes: This entire WOD should be performed with a 20/10# vest.Read it wrong this time and did thrusters didn't realize until I was on the last round. I've done this workout two other times previously so I don't know why I messed up. Still got a great workout though. Completed in a Titin Vest.
