125x2 sets, 130x2 sets, 135x1 set. Shoulders feeling fatigued so I moved on. Focused on form instead of trying to go heaviest possible.

20 minute EMOM: POWER CLEAN and JERK
First 5 mins: 1 every 30 seconds @ 70%  150
Second 5 mins: 1 every 30 seconds @ 75%  160
Third 5 mins: 1 every 30 seconds @ 82%  170
Fourth 5 mins: 1 EMOM @ 87%  185
First 10 minutes without a pause in between the clean and jerk.  Power jerk until last 5 minutes and had to go to split jerk instead of power. Felt pretty good.
