No heavier than 40% of Snatch

BACK SQUAT
7 Front Squats followed immediately by 13 Back Squats @ 70% of max FS
180. Holy hell this was awful.

10X100m Sprint, rest 3:1
The run does not count if you deviate more than 3 seconds.
No time to go to a track before work so I just ran at my gym, further than 100m though because they were 18-20s. I'm usually around 12s give or take.
