Got a text not long after that said, "Melissa (sister) is dilated to 4cm!" So I knew she was in labor and it would happen quick. I wanted to wait until this afternoon to get this Metcon done but I went ahead and did it obviously because I knew I needed to rush home and pack so I could drive 2 hours to my hometown.
