Warm-up

SNATCH
Build to heavy.
Sleep deprived and back tight from deadlifts. Up to 150. 

Continuous 15 minute clock
Every 30 sec for 5 minutes
1 Snatch at 73%  125
Every 30 sec for 5 minutes
1 Snatch at 77%  135
Every 30 sec for 5 minutes
1 Snatch at 85%  145
Missed about 3-4 attempts on the last set so finished about 2 minutes late. Still finished 10 reps though.

     10 pistols
     10 burpee
     -rest 3 min-

     10 Box jump w/ step down @ 24
     10 toes 2 bar
     -rest 3 min-
7 min of
     100m row
     5 KB snatch each arm @ 53
** Move at about 80% effort, do not stop. 
Ouch. Had nothing today. Still finished though.
