OHS stabilization work with bands and kbs. Very challenging and interesting. Smokes the shoulders.

10X2 with 3 second hold in the bottom if possible.
35lb KBs on each side with purple bands (aka lots of bounce and unsteadiness). lol
Last set added the 5lb plates.
5X10 Shoulder Press @ 50-60% with 10 GHDs per round.
Rest as needed between sets.
70lbs.
